These terms explain how restaurants, bars, cafes, lounges, and hospitality operators may subscribe to and use GoEatery to manage their business operations.

Using GoEatery responsibly

These terms apply when you access GoEatery websites, demos, support channels, and SaaS tools operated by GoEatery by OHR Systems and supported by IChannel Technologies.

Eligibility and accounts

GoEatery is intended for restaurants, bars, cafes, lounges, hotels, cloud kitchens, and related hospitality businesses. You must provide accurate business and account information and keep your login credentials secure.

Subscriber responsibility

You are responsible for your menus, prices, branch setup, staff access, customer records, marketing activity, operational decisions, tax obligations, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.

Customer information

You may use GoEatery to keep customer information and offer tailored service. You are responsible for how you collect, use, market to, update, and protect your customer records, especially outside GoEatery.

Marketing by subscribers

Restaurants and other subscribers may use customer details for their own marketing and business operations. Those communications and practices are controlled by the subscriber and are beyond GoEatery's direct control.

Payments

You may receive payments using payment processor platforms allowed by GoEatery, including bank transfer workflows where available. Payment processors may apply their own terms, settlement rules, fees, verification requirements, and restrictions.

No card storage

GoEatery does not store full card details on the platform. You must not enter card PINs, full card numbers, banking passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials into support chats, notes, menu fields, or customer records.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse GoEatery, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, upload unlawful content, abuse messaging or marketing features, or use the service in a way that harms GoEatery, subscribers, staff, or customers.

Fees and subscriptions

Plan features, prices, billing cycles, trials, and renewal terms may vary by package or agreement. Access to paid features may depend on timely payment and continued compliance with these terms.

Service availability

We work to keep GoEatery reliable, but internet services, payment processors, devices, printers, networks, and third-party systems may experience interruptions. We may update, maintain, suspend, or modify features when needed.

Data and backups

GoEatery may maintain platform backups and logs for reliability, security, support, and continuity. Subscribers should also keep appropriate business records outside the platform where required by their own operations or law.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account is unpaid, creates security risk, violates these terms, misuses the platform, or exposes GoEatery, other subscribers, or customers to harm.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as GoEatery evolves, as new features are released, or as operational, payment, legal, or security needs change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
